Ship crews use ‘middle age’ tools - chipping hammers, grinders, needleguns - to remove deck rust. Such tools drive rust and salt into your steel instead of removing it: Reason why corrosion returns after 2-4 months and your deck never improves.
The Solution ---------------------------------- After Blasting ---------------------------------- Before Blasting
No electricity, no high pressure water, no worker's risk, no dust. Clean and safe work. Used on chemical, oil, dry bulk, container carriers and LNG/LPG carriers. Power comes from ship air only. Due to low operation pressure of 6-7 bar, blasters hardly require maintenance, are highly economical and don't break easily, i.e. compared to hydrojets operating at 200 - 500 bar. The smallest Aquajet AJ-50 needs 2.8 m3/min ~ 100 cfm air flow, the stronger AJ-150 blaster takes 5.6 m3/min or 200 cfm. Pressure requirement 6-7 bar.
